Not to worry, we've got you covered!
Once your items arrive at the facility and before cleaning takes place, they will go through a review and a booking-in process. This allows us to make any changes to orders on your behalf and also highlight any potential problems, such as items unsuitable for cleaning or prior damage/stains to items. At this stage, we will also add tags or stickers to your items for tracking throughout our facility.
Once completed we will send you an order update via email/app to reflect the changes made and show the adjustments in price. If you have any questions regarding the updates made once you receive your email please do get in touch.
So basically you never need to worry about giving us extra items or having to contact us, unless you just really like talking to us and that’s fine as we like hearing from you.
