Oh dear! We’re afraid payment failure can happen for a variety of reasons. We’d suggest first checking your payment details within the app are up to date. This can be found if you click on the top left-hand corner on the portrait icon
If everything seems fine, your card hasn’t expired and you’ve sufficient funds, we’d ask you to contact our Customer Care team via Live Chat or through email@example.com.
When a payment fails, our highly secure system, Stripe, will attempt to take payment at every order stage up to, and including, when the driver begins to deliver your items. If no successful payment has been made by this point, it will be automatically be deemed a failed delivery.
You would need to click on 'Edit' by the card information, and there you will be able to update your card details, if they have expired.
